The New Family Shelter is
Here!
The
Grand Opening Ceremony of Crossroads Mission’s
New Family
Shelter
was held on Friday April 27th, 2012 at
10:00 in the morning
it was an awesome time of celebration!
In 2009, we celebrated our 50th
anniversary and embarked in fundraising efforts to build a brand
new building! This new building will have sufficient room
to house all three programs that operate currently out of our
Family Shelter building: the Family Shelter, the
New Life Recovery Program, and the Career &
Academic Center.
One great feature of our new shelter is
that we will be able to provide a valuable service to parents in
recovery. Mothers and fathers in drug and alcohol
treatment will be able to have their children living with them
while they participate in the New Life residential recovery
program!

The old Family Shelter was located
in a rented property and had less than 3,000 square feet.

the new building!
You can make a real difference by
donating towards the purchase of furniture for one or
several bedrooms. There are 16 bedrooms that will sleep two,
four, or six people; and six dorm rooms that can accommodate
up to 8 people each. Naming opportunities are available when
you furnish an entire room!
